The rules that make it fair
- Minutes only tick while the mic is open. Not while Prima is speaking, not while a video plays, not while you read a report.
- Sixty seconds of silence ends a session. An open tab never eats your bank.
- One bank, every device. Ten minutes on the walk to work and ten on the sofa are the same twenty.
- A dropped session gives the minutes back. If the call fails because of us, the bank is refilled.
Why the free tier is three minutes and not thirty
Three minutes is enough to order a coffee in Madrid, get corrected twice and finish with a report that names the two things to fix tomorrow. It is enough to feel the thing. It is not enough to live on, which is the point of Pro. We would rather a small, real daily habit than a large trial that ends.
Boost packs
Some weekends you want to binge. Boost packs add sixty or one hundred and twenty minutes on top of the daily bank, they stack, and they do not expire. They are sold in minutes, like everything else.
