Prima's voice is the product; this course is how she structures your time. A main path of ten units takes you from tourist to citizen, in order. Beside it, 11 topics open the moment your level allows. Every lesson is a real situation with a real goal: Prima plays the other person and scores you out of 100 at the end. How deep it goes

Nine levels, from first words to fluent conversation.

The 160 lessons above are written by hand. Behind them, every place in the course (74 of them: the café, the bank, the in-laws, the embassy) comes back at each level with harder goals, so the full course reaches the size of the biggest language apps without a single throwaway lesson. The most-learned languages get all nine levels; others get six or three, and grow.

How it works

Three ways to play, one way to pass.

Your level picks the versionBeginners get the patient version, intermediate learners the busy one, advanced learners the one that pushes back. Prima adapts inside the lesson too.
The Fluency ScoreGrammar 40, vocabulary 25, speed for your level 20, goal completed 15. A score of 80 opens the next lesson; your best score stays in the course.
What opens whatUnits at or below your level are open from day one. Inside a unit, each lesson opens the next. Passing most of a unit opens the one after it, whatever your level. Topics are independent of the main path.
Final lessons and badgesThe last lesson of every unit is its final one. Pass it and the unit badge is yours. Every unit also names what you will be able to do: "order and pay", "set a boundary warmly".
