What counts as a minute
Only time in a live speaking session with Prima. Text chat, word review and reading your reports never use minutes, and a session ends by itself after sixty seconds of silence, so an open tab never eats your time.
Cancelling
Cancel Pro any time: in the dashboard, open Progress and tap Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are in US dollars.
