What counts as a minute
Only time in a live speaking session with Prima. Text chat, word review and reading your reports never use minutes, and a session ends by itself after sixty seconds of silence, so an open tab never eats your time.
What the minutes buy
A lesson takes about 3 minutes, so the free plan covers about one short lesson a day, Pro's 20 minutes cover a lesson and a real conversation every day (about 6 lessons' worth), and every 60 extra minutes are about 20 short lessons.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel Pro any time: in the dashboard, tap your photo at the top right to open Settings, then Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Not for you? For a purchase on the web, write to hello@primaspeak.com within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we refund it, no questions asked; extra minutes are refunded if none of them were used. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are in US dollars.
